| The Newville Borough Water and Sewer Authority recently honored Chief Plants Operator Jeffrey Shearer for nearly 28 years of faithful and dedicated service to the Borough of Newville and the Newville Water and Sewer Authority. The Authority presented Mr. Shearer with a Commendation for Dedicated Service at a recent meeting. Mr. Shearer has taken a new position with the Borough of Carlisle at their advanced wastewater treatment facility.
